You may not take any content of the result page from InfoOnUSA search and reformat or display it or mirror InfoOnUSA's search on your website. If you would like to make commercial use of InfonOnUSA Services, you must enter into an agreement with InfoOnUSA.

No Automated Querying
You may not send automated queries of any sort to InfoOnUSA Sites without express permission in advance from InfoOnUSA. Note that "sending automated queries" includes, among other things:

• Using any software which sends queries to our Sites to determine how a website or webpage ranks for various queries or for any other reason
• Performing "offline" searches on any InfoOnUSA site.

• Disseminate or transmit any Content (paid and unpaid search results and all websites hosted by InfoOnUSA) that infringes or violates any party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent or other proprietary right, including, but not limited to, using third party copyrighted materials, without appropriate permission, using third party trademarks without appropriate permission or attribution, or using or distributing third party information (whether or not protected as a trade secret) in violation of a duty of confidentiality;

• Interfere with or disrupt the InfoOnUSA Services, our Sites, or servers or networks connected to our Sites, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Sites;
• Engage in any activities that would violate the personal privacy rights of others, including but not limited to, collecting and distributing information about Internet users without their expressed permission, except as permitted by applicable law; or
• Post any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programmes designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

• Minimum deposit is $20.00.
• Minimum bid is $0.05.

• Your website must be done in English (illegal content in websites are not allowed).
• Only one account for one company or one organization is allowed. You can use this account for as many domains, websites, or web pages as you wish (the only case you can have 2 accounts is when you have one for site using xml, and other account for common affiliate code).
• Do not make Spam.
• Do not Cheat.
• We can cancel your account anytime if you don't conform to the terms.
• We accept worldwide webmasters. But we only count traffic from the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
• All valid clicks must be a result of a user's performing a search by entering the keywords into a search box or clicking on a text link. In other case, the displayed search results have to match the keyword phrase being searched. Any Web page that contains a Paid Link must be displayed only after a query has been made by a User.
• To prevent fraud clicks, Only one click from the Unique ip during 24 hours will be paid. If the same ip clicks are made for several times during the day, they will be counted only 3 times.
• All the clicks from open proxy will not be counted.
• Affiliates found in violation of the Terms and Conditions will not receive any credit or payment from InfoOnUSA.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold InfoOnUSA and its affiliates, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages and attorney fees arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for libel, slander, copyright, and trademark violation as well as all other claims. You also agrees to indemnify InfoOnUSA for any legal fees incurred by InfoOnUSA, acting reasonably, in investigating or enforcing its rights under this agreement.

NO WARRANTIES
OUR WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
